Katie Price is never one to shy away from the spotlight – even when she’s partying with her pals.

The Loose Women panelist took centre stage as she sang a karaoke duet with a friend.

Despite stumbling over some of the words to We Don’t Have To Take Our Clothes Off, her fans showered her with praise after she posted a video of her efforts on Instagram.

Sharing the video with her followers, she wrote: “Can’t get me of the karaoke”. [sic]

Another said: “I can see a record contract after that performance”.

“What a brilliant voice you’ve got Katie you go girl,” said one fan.

Not all of her fans agreed though.

One wrote: “stick to looking prity that was painful to listen to !” [sic]

“God loves a trier,” commented another.

This isn’t the first hint at a pop career for Katie.

Back in 2005, she was part of the selection process to find the UK’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Her rendition of Not Just Anybody saw her finish in second place behind Javine.

However, she later admitted that to her Celebrity Big Brother housemates that auditioning for the singing contest was the only regret in her life.

The in 2010, she released single Free To Love Again.

She said at the time: “I’m not a singer, this is just something that I’m doing for fun. It’s not like I’m worried about getting a chart position or number one, this is purely for fun. Whether people like it or not, I’m doing it.”
